Chinese pork chops


Materials:
For 6 servings
  • 800 grams pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup (the tomatopasta with a little sugar)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Hoi Sin sauce
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. Chinese spice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
Execution:

Combine all above ingredients in a bowl. Add the chops and marinate for several hours or better than from night. Grease a baking dish and add the chops and the marinade. Cover with foil. Put in hot oven and bake until golden brown and become sticky, turning the once or twice. Time will need about 1 1/2 hours.
