Chowder Avgolemono easy recipe (Eag Lemon soup)

Chowder Avgolemono is an easy soup to enjoy.
    
* Salt and pepper
    
* 2 chopped celery root
    
* 1 tablespoon butter
    
* 4 carrots, sliced
    
* 1-2 lemons
    
* 2 onions, chopped
    
* 4 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites
    
* 1 large fish for boiling
    
* 4 celery stalks
    
* 3 large potatoes
    
* 1 cup olive oil
    
* 2 cups of rice or tea Astraka

 
Directions / Run
-Clean and season the fish
-Put the pot to burn oil and fry the onion
-Add the fish, vegetables, salt and pepper
Cover with water;
-Allow to simmer for 1-1 1 / 2 hour
-Add the rice or Astraka
-Allow to boil for 15 minutes

T-Beat egg whites until they become soft meringue
-Put the yolks in meringue and slowly the lemon mixture beating continuously
-Pour the egg mixture to soup, stirring constantly
-Serve warm
