Lady ... Pavlova

 4 egg whites, at room temperature
pinch of salt
250g. sugar
2 Messrs. cornflour
1 Tbsp white vinegar
some liquid drops vanilla
300g. cream, whipped Chantilly
250g. berries
1 shot of Grand Marnier

Pavlova 6 people.
Preheat oven to 180oC. Place in a bowl 250g. berries with a shot of Grand marnier and zest of an orange to marinate. Beat in mixer at medium speed, the egg whites with the salt and gradually add the sugar until it dissolves well and form meringue shine and make tops. Sprinkle with corn flour and pour in the vinegar and vanilla. Mix by gentle agitation until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Spread in pan 23 cm, which have paved greaseproof paper dusted lightly with cornflour. Lower the oven temperature to 150oC and bake for 45-50 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside, with the door open until it cools down. Garnish the Pavlova with whipped cream and cover with forest fruits

Apple cake recipe

5 eggs 
1 cup olive oil
 2 cups sugar 
3 cups flour
 3 teaspoons cinnamon 
1 sachet baking powder 
5 apples

Clean and cut apples into cubes. In a mixer beat together all the ingredients of the cake and add milo.Add in the mixture in a well floured cake tin. The bake for longer than 1 hour at 180 ° C.

1 1 / 2 cup. flour
* 1 cup. margarine
* 1 cup. sugar
* 1 cup. milk
* 1 cup. raisins
* 5 eggs
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon lemon zest
* 1 vanilla
* Margarine form
* Flour form

For the garnish:

* Icing sugar

What we do:

Preheat the oven to 180oC.

In a bowl sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and alati. In the mixer bowl beat margarine with sugar on high speed for about a minute.

Walnut cake

2 cups. self-raising flour in
    
* 1 cup. walnuts, chopped
    
* 1 1 / 2 cup. sugar
    
* 3 / 4 cup margarine
    
* 1 / 2 cup. raisins, blonde
    
* 5 eggs
    
* 1 large apple, grated
    
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    
* 1 cup brandy
    
* Salt
For the syrup:

    
* 1 kilo of sugar
    
* 1 / 2 liter water
    
* 2-3 drops lemon juice
    
* For the garnish:
    
* Nut, grated
    
* Nuts, butterflies
What we do:
In a small bowl, add the brandy and soak the raisins until they puff.

Cake with cherry jam

* 1 prepared vanilla cake, round
For the cream:

    
* 250 g cream cheese
    
* 250 grams of yogurt, strained
    
* 300 g cream

What we do: Drain the cherries from the syrup and keep them in two separate bowls. In a bowl put some water and soak the gelatin.
Then, in a saucepan gently heat the water and dissolve the soaked gelatine. In mixer bowl whip cream with sugar, until whipped. In a large bowl add the yogurt, cream cheese, lemon zest, add to the cream, stirring gently to join.
Add the dissolved gelatin and stir to join the cream.
In a form sheet that opens, poured the cake and brush the syrup with the syrup of cherries. Then add the cream sure to stretch out evenly so as not to reach the edges of the form.
Put the mold in the refrigerator and allow the cream to freeze for about an hour.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the marmalade, add brandy and stir to dilute slightly.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator, spread jam on the surface and garnish with cherries, nuts and a little cream in your choice of plan.
Put the cake for another hour in the refrigerator and freeze when the xeformaroume carefully using a long spatula, put on a platter and serve.
Advice For convenience we use gelatin powder.

The recipe found last year at Easter in Poland. The most beautiful cake I've eaten in Poland, the truth be told. ProcessDivide yolks from the whites.Add the egg yolks 200g. icing sugar and beat with mixer until we have a uniform mixture.Dissolve cocoa in lukewarm milk and add to the mixture, continuing the beating.

Beat the egg whites into meringue slowly adding 200g. icing sugar.
