An amazing cake, simple but quite popular.
To make follow the following simple procedure:
In mixer bowl beat butter with sugar. Then add the eggs, lemon juice and lemon zest.Finally, slowly add the flour and soda after the Wobble.
Beat the mixture for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour the mixture into a tin, well buttered and bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour.
To see if it has become the cakes dip a knife into the cake, and this should come out "clean"
Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
The lemon cake is ready.
