Recipe Ingredients 

For this recipe we will need ...
 500 gr. ripe cantaloupe, 
cut into pieces
 250 gr. brown sugar 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
 150 gr. water


Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ....!!!! Summer, refreshing melon sorbet!
Boil water and sugar syrup until they become.
Allow the syrup to cool and refrigerate.In about 1 hour remove.
Beat in mixer melon and then add the syrup and lemon.
Pour into metal bowl (preferably a bowl of ice cream) and put it in the freezer.
If we do not have iron cookware does not matter.
Serve either as a bowl of ice cream to be eaten with a spoon or drink like putting it in a tall glass and drinking through a straw.
