Angel Cake recipe
Angel Cake
1 1 / 2 cup. flour
* 1 cup. margarine
* 1 cup. sugar
* 1 cup. milk
* 1 cup. raisins
* 5 eggs
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon lemon zest
* 1 vanilla
* Margarine form
* Flour form
For the garnish:
* Icing sugar
What we do:
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
In a bowl sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and alati. In the mixer bowl beat margarine with sugar on high speed for about a minute.
Add the eggs one by one, continuing to hit with a mixer at medium speed or with the egg shaker to mix kala.Sti then slowly add and mix alternately with the flour and milk.
Once materials become homogeneous viscous mixture, lower phase speed mixer and finally close.
Coat the raisins, add to the mixture along with vanilla and lemon zest and stir to go anywhere.
Brush with margarine a round cake tin with a hole in the middle of the flour and shake to remove the excess flour.
Stir the mixture and bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
When the cake is cooked, remove from the oven, let cool slightly and xeformaroume on a platter.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Advice
The margarine and eggs should always be at room temperature.
