Fillets of chicken in yoghurt with aromatic crust

Ingredients (4 people):
4 chicken breast fillets, total weight 750 gr. - 800 gr. 2 kesedes cow yogurt, preferably 2% fat 4 tsp. olive oil 1 tsp. sweet paprika, sweet or hot (depending on our tastes), powder 3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped (or 4 canned tomatoes, chopped) 1 tsp. tablespoon basil leaves, chopped (or 1 / 2 tsp. sweet dry, rubbed) 2 green onions (white and tender green parts), chopped or 1 / 2 tsp. fresh dried chives, grated (you'll find on the shelves of herbs and spices, selected supermarkets and bacharadika - equally well suited and dried tarragon will easily find in supermarkets) 2 tsp. tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 cloves garlic, crushed Barley 2 large nuts, crushed in a food processor salt and freshly ground pepper
Procedure:
Wash the fillets, we sweep and add salt and pepper on all sides. In a large, wide bowl (or in a heatproof bowl), add the yogurt, salt, pepper, olive oil and paprika and stir well. Place the fillets there and mix well to cover the mixture. Then marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. In another bowl add the tomatoes, basil, chives (or dried chives or tarragon), balsamic vinegar, garlic and crushed nuts. Mix well. Remove fillets from marinade and place in a heatproof dish in single layer. Pour the mixture of nuts, flavorings and tomato and cook for about 30 minutes until the crust to brown and become crisp. Accompany with steamed vegetables (zucchini, green beans, etc.) or a green salad.
