Pork with pineapple and fried rice recipe
Pork with pineapple and fried rice is a taste recipe from Tailand.
1 fillet
Salt and freshly ground pepper
For the marinade
1 tsp. tablespoons flour
2 tsp. tablespoon soy sauce
2 tsp. tablespoons brown sugar
2 tsp. tablespoons white wine (or rice vinegar)
100 mL pineapple juice
For cooking
3 tablespoons oil (or peanut)
2 bay leaves
4 canned pineapple or fresh
Process
Wash the pork and cut into thin slices which hit the hammer on meat (if we use the pestle).Mix all the marinade ingredients add salt and pepper Place meat in a bowl with the marinade and leave for an hour in the refrigerator,In a frying pan or wok add the oil and saute the meat we well on both sides.Add the liquid marinade and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Then add the pineapple pieces and bay leaves and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until thickened and sauce.
Serve on lettuce leaves wide Eisberg or accompany with a fried rice.
For rice200g. jasmine rice1 kout.soupas soy sauce1 tsp. tablespoons brown sugar1 tsp. freshly ground white pepper, sweet1 tsp. Freshwater alati1 large tomato diced1 carrot, diced2 slices pineapple cubes2 cloves garlic3 tbsp. tablespoon oil
Wash rice well and boil in a ratio of one part rice 2 parts water for 12-13 minutes.Boil for 2-3 minutes carrots.In a frying pan or wok add the oil and fry garlic until golden.Add all remaining ingredients, stirring until warm and serve.
