English Rum Bread
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp. light rum
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Sweet or Basic/White cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 (1 1/2 lb.) loaf.
