Kolokythokorfades

Depending on locations, can be prepared with very little pumpkin flower or just the flower. Made with minced meat.

800 gr. kolokythokorfades
300 gr. green zucchini
100 gr. chives
200 gr. feta cheese
150 gr. ryzi
150 ml olive oil
juice of one lemon
parsley, finely chopped

1. Katharizoume and wash tous kolokythokorfades. Katharizoume and wash the zucchini and onions. Grate the zucchini in the grater and finely chop the spring onions and parsley.
2. In a saucepan with half the olive oil, saute onion and elafros grated zucchini eos until wilted and add the ryzi anakatefontas at low temperature. Add the lemon juice and add the chopped parsley, grated cheese and salt. Stir for 5 and withdraw the saucepan from the heat.
3. Gemizoume one of a pumpkin and put the order in a wide saucepan. Add a little liquid and remaining olive oil, cover the surface with a wax paper and a plate (for varos) and let the pot boil over low heat for about 30. Check the seasoning and serve.
