Chicken with cream and mushrooms

  • 1 kilo chicken breasts
  • 20 pieces of cut mushrooms
  • 1 liter of fresh cream
  • 2 onions cut into rings
  • Salt-Pepper
  • Garlic powder (as preferred)
  • A little oil

Execution:

Put in a little oil pan. Just burn a little oil, add the onion in and let it cook until it will get brown colour.When ready, remove with a slotted spoon and drop into an oven pan.After put the chicken breasts cut into square pieces in a casserole and let them brown just barely golden brown .. Once ready, and put them in the oven pan.In the same pan, add the mushrooms cut. Once browned mushrooms throw them in the oven pan.Then add in the pan ,1-cream 2 tablespoons oil from pan, our salt and pepper, and garlic.Bake a moderate preheated oven for 40 -45 minutes, until you right in the chest.
Served with rice.
