Chicken with orange sauce

  • 1 medium chicken cut into portions juice of 3 large oranges
  • 1 large orange, cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp fresh butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped juice of half lemon
  • salt, pepper, keel (a mixture of chicken) - optional


Execution:


In a large nonstick skillet, heat the butter and oil and saute the onion gently for 2-3 '.Fry chicken, which you wash and drain well. Reduce temperature and let it brown well on all sides, for at least 20-25 '.Add the juice of oranges and lemon. Season to taste, add the keel (if desired) and half a cup of water.Put the cover on the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.You open the pot and add the slices of orange. Continue baking for another 15 minutes.Serve the chicken hot with a rich sauce and accompany with white rice.
