Italian Caprese Salad recipe

The fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil in a very easy and very tasty salad, offered as a side dish with Italian ancestry regardless of Capri, where it got its name also called Tricolore because of three colors-red white and green are the colors of the Italian flag!

2 heads fresh mozzarella
4 medium sized tomatoes and sweet tight
1 clove garlic
3-4 leaves of broad-leaved basil
Balsamic vinegar or balsamic cream
Foam Sea Salt Fleur de Sel
Freshly ground pepper
6-7 grains black pepper

Let's see how they made
Cut the mozzarella slices.
In a bowl add the slices of mozzarella, garlic whole, the grain of pepper, 1 basil leaf, salt and add olive oil so as to cover the slices.
