Lobster with spaghetti
Ingredients (6 people):
• 1 package spaghetti (No. 6 or No. 7)
• ½ cup. tea oil
• 2 pounds of lobsters
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 bunch chopped parsley
• 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
• Salt
• plenty of freshly ground pepper
Execution:
• Boil lobsters in plenty of water without salt. Pull the lobsters and strain the broth.
• Meanwhile, place them in a frying pan in olive oil and gently fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes.
• Add the tomatoes with parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the pieces of lobster meat and continue until the sauce thickens.
• Cook the spaghetti in the water you boil lobsters.
• Drain the pasta, serve and garnish with the sauce.
Note: If you have shrimp or lobsters or crayfish, cut them into small pieces and drop them through and the sauce.
You can also serving lobster cut in half from head to tail. Sprinkle with the ala what and pepper.
