Shrimp cocktail



Materials:

• 300 grams shrimp

• mayonnaise (see below)

• 150 g cream lite

• more Cognac

• vinegar

• Salt and pepper

• 2 tsp. tablespoons ketchup

• 2 bay leaves

Materials for mayonnaise
• 200 g mayonnaise

• 200 grams strained yoghurt

• little whiskey (which some say is a matter of preference, everyone will find the quantities according to the taste of ...)

• 1 ½ tablespoon of ketchup

• little dill or parsley and 6-7 drops Tabasco

Execution:
• Boil the shrimp in salted water with 3 tablespoons of vinegar, pepper and bay leaves for 8-10 minutes. Clean them up. Sprinkle with the brandy and let it stay for 10 minutes.

• Throw ketchup mayonnaise sauce, mix, and finally add the cream and milk. After you drain the shrimp to throw in the mix and stir gently.

The shrimp cocktails are easy and taste are typical.

Serving Tip: I Serve in tall, wide stemware, I keep a few garidoules gross (2 per cup) and add them in the middle of the glass. Also garnish with a few Santorini cherry tomatoes and this was ...
