Flan


1 ½ cups sugar
6 eggs
1 liter milk
1 ½ tsp. sweet vanilla

Karameloste 3 / 4 cups sugar in a pan. In a separate bowl beat six eggs until they become yellow like a lemon. Add 3 / 4 cups sugar, 1 liter of milk (whole), and 1 ½ tsp. sweet vanilla. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan (over the caramelized sugar). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour (or longer) until knife comes out clean you enter the flan. This is the real flan, smooth and light
