PANCAKES



Ingredients: -5 cups water

-1 glass of wine, oil

-1 kg flour

-1 To 2 lemons (juice)

-2 tablespoons yeast sharp

Execution:

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Place in a bowl all the ingredients water, oil, flour, lemon juice and yeast and mix well. After leaving around 1 o'clock in the batter until done.

After putting the oil in a pan and let it warm up well with a spoon pour mixture into the pan to the size you want. After frying both sides put them on a platter that we have layers with absorbent paper.

Syrup: -1 1 / 2 sugar

-6 cups water

-1 cup honey

Boil the syrup once put in a pot of water, sugar and honey and a little before removing from heat squeeze half a lemon.

Finally when you prepare the syrup and dip pancakes in until soft. Serve on a platter and cover with icing sugar and cinnamon.
