Lobster pasta recipe

Lobster pasta
1 1 to 1.5 pound lobster (live)
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 2 onions, diced 
3 cloves garlic, chopped 
1.5 tablespoon brown sugar
 1 can tomato juice (approx. 250 g).
 1 / 2 cup. dry white wine
 500 gr. spaghetti,
linguini, spagetini or other pasta of your choice
Outturn1. In a large heavy saucepan boil water and add lobster. Cook until browned, then remove and to put aside. Strain the water and back into the pot, where we put the pasta on to boil. Drain when ready.2. Meanwhile in a large skillet or saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion until soft. Add sugar and stir until melted. Place lobster and add the tomato sauce. Allow to boil and add the wine. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until the alcohol evaporates and remove from heat.3. Put the lobster in a separate serving platter and pasta in a large bowl, drizzle with sauce and serve on plates.
