Plums cream breakfast recipe

Plums cream breakfast will give us vitamins and energy.

* 10-12 plums
    
* 1 cup. bread crumbs
    
* 4 tablespoons sugar, brown
    
* 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
For the cream:

    
* 2 cups. milk
    
* 3 eggs
    
* 3 / 4 cup. sugar
    
Vanilla * 2
    
* 1 tsp cornflour
What we do:
In a saucepan heat the milk, remove from heat, add the vanilla and stir. In a bain-marie of boiling over low heat, whisk eggs, sugar and cornflour until they unite.
Then, add a little bit of milk, stirring constantly, until cream thickens.
Remove from heat and allow the custard to cool.
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
Meanwhile, wash plums, cut in half and remove the stones.
Then put them in a large heatproof bowl over adding the breadcrumbs, sugar and margarine, mixed.
Place the bowl in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the oven, sprinkle the plums with cream and serve.
Advice We add the cream and orange zest.
