Chicken stuffed with peppers, cheese and tomato
Recipe IngredientsFor this recipe we will need ...700 gr. Chicken fillet (preferably leg)1 bell pepper (you want that color!)1 juicy tomato1 slice of yellow cheese toast4 potatoes1 cup olive oil2 medium oranges1 lemona little mustardsaltpepperoregano
Make sure the chicken is cut into small strips.Roll each fillet with a knife.Cut into thin strips of yellow cheese, peppers and tomatoes.Put one to two lanes in each material in the center of the fillet.Roll the fillet and fasten the edges with a toothpick.Continue with the remaining fillets (experiment freely on anything you put into each fillet !!!!)
Then, in a Pyrex Place prepared fillets and finely chop the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix oil, juice of orange and lemon and a teaspoon of mustard to form a uniform mixture.
Drizzle the fillet and potatoes with the mixture after, the seasoning.
In the end, add some oregano (do not overdo it!)
We are ready! Cover the pyrex with a piece of aluminum foil (not to grab the food) and bake at 250 degrees for one hour (with a try in one hour, though the potatoes go on, let it cook another bit ...). The stuffed chicken you are ready! Enjoy!
